When the pandemic hit and quarantine started, many businesses closed down, including gyms. This led to a rise in at-home workouts, as people still wanted to get in regular physical fitness and had more time to do so.
According to a survey from TD Ameritrade, almost 60 percent of Americans don’t plan on renewing their gym memberships. Some find it easier to just exercise in their own houses, and it is a more affordable option, as well.

Share Workout Routines
One way to help employees, fans and customers get in their physical activities is to share workout routines. You can live-stream a class, write up a blog post with step-by-step instructions, create an app or demonstrative moves via social media.
Host A Challenge
Another fun option would be to host a challenge; if your brand does not have the resources to lead an actual workout, you can at least challenge your team, social media followers or clients to do 100 sit-ups a day, run 20 miles by the end of the year, walk during lunch breaks and so on.
